ProClim Flash 78: Zukunftsrezepte – Ansätze für ein klimafreundliches Ernährungssystem
In der aktuellen Ausgabe des ProClim Flash geben Forschende aus der Schweiz Einblicke in die Klimakompatibilität des Ernährungssystems. Neben Betrachtungen zu Böden, Produktionssystemen und Konsum lenken wir unseren Blick auch auf die landwirtschaftliche Praxis. Das Projekt «Klimaneutrale Landwirtschaft Graubünden» zeigt auf, dass die nachhaltige Transformation nur möglich ist, wenn alle Beteiligten am gleichen Strang ziehen.
